A Prayer for Braveness

Circling city for the several-ish time in the future, I noticed a textual content from my youngest daughter pop up on my dashboard alerts. “Come to the varsity. I want you proper now.”

My daughters aren’t little anymore, and sadly, I can’t all the time get to them as quick as they like me to be there.
