Superstar chef Nicolas Isnard is opening a brand new restaurant within the capital. Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard will open on Friday, 29 March at Shangri La Abu Dhabi in Qaryat al Beri. The restaurant makes use of meals to carry his travels around the globe to life. So, for those who’re a fan of French flavours with a twist, right here’s what it’s good to know. 

Born within the south of France, Chef Nicolas is understood for his progressive dishes impressed by his culinary explorations. He’s behind L’Auberge de la Charme, which earned him a MICHELIN Star in 2009. His travels have taken him around the globe to Beijing, Dubai, Jakarta, Moscow and Singapore. Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard will showcase fantastic eating French flavours, together with dishes impressed by his travels. 

Chef Nicolas is not any stranger to the Center East. In October 2023, he opened Home of Grill at Fairmont Riyadh. Positioned in Enterprise Gate, it showcases meat dishes with recent and prime cuts. The subtle area boasts Artwork Deco touches with an old-school glamour, from gramophones and radios on the desk to framed photographs lining the pillars and scattered lamps to create the right lighting. 

Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard counts artistic ideas as its neighbours. Shangri La Abu Dhabi is residence to a spread of eating places, from Center Japanese meals at Sofra Bld to Chinese language meals at Shang Palace. Plus, Al Hanah Bar and Amalfi Seashore Lounge. 

Fowl Eau by Nicolas Isnard can be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm to 11pm.
