This site started as a place for me to write honestly about the beauty and fitness habits that have actually worked for me, after years of chasing trends, products, and workout plans that mostly just wasted my time and money. What you’ll find here isn’t a highlight reel. It’s the boring, practical stuff: sunscreen habits, strength training routines, skincare that’s worth the money, and the small daily choices around food and movement that add up over time.
My own path here wasn’t a straight line. Like a lot of people, I spent years overcomplicating things, chasing whatever routine or product was trending, and feeling frustrated when none of it stuck. What eventually worked was simplifying, being consistent, and paying attention to what my own body and skin actually responded to rather than what an influencer told me should work.
